At the heart of the UA 710 Twin-Finity preamp is a single-ended class-A triode tube stage and a solid-state transimpedance stage, allowing you to blend between the two circuits to achieve a totally unique sonic character. The dual stage gain controls (gain/level) allow you to control colouration/distortion, allowing you to push the input gain to extreme lengths like a guitar amp for unique results. The vintage-style VU meter allows you to see your input levels at a glance, with a unique ‘Drive’ mode which shows you how hard you’re pushing the input stage.

JFET DI input - perfect for guitars and keys

The 710 boasts great versatility and it features the discrete JFET DI input circuit which can also easily handle any electric instrument. If you're an instrumentalist who plays guitar, bass or keyboards, you'll appreciate the 710s ability to bring out the best of both active and passive pickups. The 710 Twin-Finity also includes a 19-inch rack kit for mounting one or two units, ideal for processing stereo sources
