Offering flexible dual-purpose operation, the Soundcraft MH2 uses a reversible signal path to allow either the group or the aux output signal to be controlled by a linear fader- providing total control if being used in a monitor role.

For FOH applications, the groups are required on faders for subgrouping duties, with an insert point provided for each. By pressing the recessed GRP/AUX ON FDR button, the console is switched into stage monitor mode with the aux output controlled by faders. It is possible to swap the fader mode for each of the 8 outputs individually, allowing any combination of subgroups and monitor sends on faders- essential when running monitor mixes from FOH.

Soundcraft sound quality is guaranteed with the same mic preamp design used in the MH4 and MH3 combined with meticulous circuit design to offer total control with a clear, warm tone. Separate line inputs are provided on every channel and inbuilt PSU (with the option to connect an external supply for redundancy) add further to the overall flexibility of the desk.

With each mono input channel featuring separate 48v phantom power, -20dB pad, polarity reverse, high pass filter, insert point and direct output the MH2 can cope with any input required.
