Quilted Maple Body, Spruce Top

Constructed from a quilted Maple back and sides the Greg Bennett Lasalle JZ-2 produces a bright and resonant tone with a distinctive high end sparkle. The quilt Maple body is combined with a solid arched Spruce top to offer a focused and quick response which is captured perfectly by the Duncan Design pickups.

Set-In Maple Neck

Incorporating a set-in neck construction the Lasalle JZ-2 offers incredible sustain and resonance allowing notes to ring out for much longer than traditional bolt-on guitars as the construction allows vibrations to effortlessly transfer from the neck to the body.

Rosewood Fingerboard

With a 20 fret Rosewood fingerboard optimized for a smooth and quick playability the Lasalle JZ-2 also employs a 12 inch fretboard radius which provides easy access and fluid playability whether playing chords or lightning lead licks.

Duncan Designed HB-101 Pickups

Incorporating two dynamic Duncan Designed HB101 humbucking pickups the Lasalle JZ-2 produces an articulate, bright and full tone ideal for jazz and blues guitarists. Based on the iconic Seymour Duncan SH-1 humbuckers the HB101 are constructed from Alnico magnets to produce a crisp and balanced tone.
