The Dean Edge 2 features a lightweight basswood body topped with stunning spalted maple, creating a visually stunning aesthetic which is enhanced by the charcoal burst finish. The use of basswood provides the Edge 2 with a beautiful fat, balanced, while the maple helps add a touch of brightness for an impressive midrange punch. The maple neck and jatoba fingerboard add an extra layer of bright characteristics, while its incredibly smooth design offers a comfortable playing experience.
