The J Rockett Archer Overdrive pedal brings you a pedal that can achieve two different things within one compact housing unit. You can use the pedal for a clean boost, or crank up the gain for a classic-crunching rock 'n' roll sound. This compact unit is also based on an old-school Klon Centaur pedal via working with the original designer to create a more affordable pedal with an authentic twang and gritty, dirty, classic rock tones.
Archer Overdrive Controls
With controls for your output, treble, and gain, the Archer is an idyllic solution for achieving a that classic overdrive sound with an optional clean boost. Dial the gain to a low drive setting and you'll hear a nice, clean, and classic sound with a hint of vintage twang. Alternatively, almost max out the gain knob and achieve that classic crunch of rock 'n' roll. Lastly, roll back the gain and crank the output for a clean boost that really sings.
