View Full DescriptionPromark's Select Balance line is designed to give players the opportunity to find stick balance that's right for their playing style and technique. In order to create the Select Balance line, ProMark went back to the drawing board and identified the key elements of a drumstick in order of priority as diameter, length, taper, tip shape, and tip material. Made from exclusive quartersawn Hickory which is straighter and more rigid than plainsawn woods, every pair of these sticks are weight-matched within 1.5 grams for unbelievable consistency. Even the resonant frequency of these sticks is measured and matched so that each stick is within 6Hz of each other. All this means that the ProMark's are resilient, responsive and durable.
